Return & Exchange Policy

 

For New Products

Our hassle-free 2-day return policy is part of our commitment to take care of you. Shop at DIGITECH GADGETS with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange, replacement, or return within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made at DIGITECH GADGETS STORE.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp +92-300-5503550 (text or voice message only) or from our social media, and we will get back to you during working hours from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: DIGITECH Gadgets, Shop No 9, First Floor, Singapore Plaza, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Pakistan.
  • We have a 2-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • In case of price drops, the customer will have to bear the loss.
  • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • The goods covered under the return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed and are in sellable condition.
  • Customers are advised to make a video while opening the parcel for any claim to verify any damage, short contents, or wrong items. No video or video made after opening the parcel shall not be eligible for any claim as we would not be able to fix responsibility.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers will bear the logistics cost of items that are to be returned or exchanged. The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned along with the article. Care should be made to put original packaging in some carton or bubble wrap it & don't have any writing or tape on original packaging.
  • Once the parcel is shipped to DIGITECH GADGETS STORE, customers are advised to share their dispatch receipt on the above-mentioned WhatsApp number & remind us after 4 days whether the parcel was received at DIGITECH GADGETS STORE. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to check and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to four (4) business days for the refund to get credited to your account. For the refund, customers are advised to send their complete Bank account details. Please remember that DIGITECH GADGETS STORE will send a screenshot of the refund payment once it's done.
  • Delivery charges shall be deducted from the amount refunded (mostly Rs 300 or 500) even for items with free delivery, as delivery charges are charged by the courier service for all parcels.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • DIGITECH GADGETS STORE reserves the right to reject the exchange or return requests.

 

For Pre-owned / Used Products

  • There is no warranty against Pre-owned / Used products.
  • For Pre-owned / Used products, return or exchange is only possible, until or unless there is a special written commitment available by DIGITECH GADGETS STORE Staff, with any document as as proof. 
  • Please check the product along with accessory on spot because after sale, nothing will be taken back or replaced.
  • We are not responsible for price variation due to unstable market prices, product quality and exclusive package releases.
  • Seller will not be held responsible after successful testing of minor and major operations.
  • There is no return or adjustment of sold accessory.
  • Advance on any product will not be refunded after agreed date/time.

Company Product Warranty

  • In case of problem/failure in the product, customer must consult the relevant product distributor providing warranty.
  • No warranty claim against any product with international warranty. Customer must consult the company directly. The customer must bear all communication and postage cost, whether the company reside within or out side Pakistan.
